Postnatal Classes

Would you like to feel fit and vital again after giving birth? Then our postnatal Pilates course is probably just right for you. In this format, we support you in rebuilding your physical fitness after childbirth while also helping you to relax. Our experienced trainers teach you targeted, gentle exercises that strengthen your abdominal and pelvic muscles and get your body back in shape. We place a lot of emphasis on a gentle and careful approach that is tailored to the needs of new moms.

An enrolment or a trial lesson is possible at any time by appointment. Here you will find information for parents regarding our teaching philosophy.

Language of Instruction


The language of instruction is German and/or English.

To Bring Along


For the postnatal classes, it is ideal to wear comfortable and flexible clothing (not street clothes) and bring a towel for the mat. Movement is done barefoot or in socks.
