More than a classic Pilates Reformer class! In the Pilates session with studio equipment, exercises are mainly done using the Cadillac, Reformer, Exo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Springboards – the heart of Pilates equipment. You will strengthen your body, learn new movement sequences, and discover the diversity of movement potential. Functional movement sequences are performed, tailored to your physical needs.

In this course, you will be individually guided and instructed by our experienced Pilates instructors to improve your abilities on the Pilates equipment. The intensity can be personalized due to the spring system. You will increase both your strength potential and flexibility while developing better posture and body awareness.

Experience the best of both worlds with our "Pilates with Studio Equipment meets Aerial Yoga" course. In this class, we combine the strength and stability of Pilates with the weightlessness of Aerial Yoga. You will perform movement sequences on the classic Pilates studio equipment to strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility, before entering the airy fabric of Aerial Yoga to reach a new level of relaxation.

Modern Jazz Dance includes soft and flowing figures, as well as fast and rhythmic movements, and is danced to almost any music style. The choreographies we learn in the course incorporate elements from hip-hop and musicals, as well as Afro or Modern Dance. Despite the necessary technique from ballet and jazz dance, Modern Jazz Dance leaves plenty of room for personal expression.

The dance techniques have developed internationally in diverse ways. Principles from which techniques can be derived, such as breathing in and out (contraction and release), the principle of gravity (fall and recovery), and the principle of balance – balance/off-balance – shape Modern Jazz Dance.

Experience a three-dimensional movement course that unites body and mind! Our "Spiraldynamik ® in Movements" course offers an exciting combination of Spiraldynamik and contemporary dance techniques. Together, we move on the floor (with or without a mat) and freely in space, supported by music and small tools like balls for massage and muscle relaxation.

Spiraldynamik® is a three-dimensional, anatomically-functional movement and therapy concept. In simpler terms: Spiraldynamik® provides a learnable user manual for the human body from head to toe. The goal of Spiraldynamik® is to move anatomically healthily in everyday life to avoid misalignment, pain, and wear and tear. In this class, we use the principles of Spiraldynamik and the freedom of dance to promote your mobility and well-being.

Sometimes we work in pairs, often in groups, creating a dynamic and supportive atmosphere. A lesson that encompasses body and mind and gives you a sense of total well-being. Let the music carry you and experience how movement brings you into harmony!

Personal training can be arranged in German, English, or Italian. Group classes are primarily conducted in German and English.


Language of Instruction

From February 2025 onwards, we use Sportsnow, one of the leading software solutions for sports providers in Switzerland. This makes it easy for you to manage your sessions, view your subscription, and more through the app (available for iPhone and Android).


Administration via Sportsnow

Our adult courses follow a semester structure, with reduced offerings during school holidays. You can book a 10-session pass, a trimester subscription, or a semester subscription.


Course Structure & Flexibility

You can join courses at any time – depending on availability. Check our digital timetable to see if there are spaces in the courses.


Course Entry

If you're unable to attend, please cancel your session as soon as possible via the Sportsnow app. You can make up to two sessions after the booked semester. In case of an accident, courses can be credited, and the subscription extended.

Cancellation of Booked Sessions

Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing, non-slip socks, and bring something to drink, as well as a towel for the mat. We have a studio shop: don’t worry if you forget anything!

This gentle body therapy supports the body’s self-healing and is used for the following conditions:

Gentle touch, deep relaxation, and lasting effects

The first session lasts 90 minutes and includes a detailed discussion and the initial treatment. Follow-up sessions, lasting 60 minutes, take place every 2-3 weeks, depending on the individual healing process. Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for people of all ages – from infants to pregnant women and seniors.


Session details

Craniosacral Therapy is based on the principles of osteopathy and helps regulate the natural rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid. It promotes relaxation of the central nervous system, releases tension patterns, and supports the body’s self-healing abilities. Thus, it contributes to the regeneration of the body, mind, and immune system.


With our team member Mara Natterer, Bewegungswelt offers an EMR-recognized Craniosacral Therapy service.

How does the therapy work?

It is eligible for reimbursement via complementary medicine supplementary insurance!

In addition to our movement offerings, we offer Craniosacral therapy. 

Looking for a movement program for your team? We offer tailored workshops or regular classes – either at your company or in our studio. Whether it’s ergonomic exercises for the workplace, active lunch breaks, or a team dance routine for your company event – we’ll customize it to fit your needs.

Pilates, Aerial Yoga, TRX, and functional training are available, with courses in German, English, or Italian.

Please note that we do not have regular opening hours. The studio is only open during course sessions for our participants.
