In our Pilates classes you will experience controlled, flowing and harmonious movements, which are carried out with strength and stability. With a correct breathing technique you will perform the movements under professional guidance and you will get to know your body better.
Our exercises will help you to strengthen your muscles, to maintain an upright posture and endurance in everyday life. Being a gentle method, Pilates is ideal for any pain reduction in everyday life.

The language of instruction is German.

Bring along

For the Pilates mat classes, you should wear comfortable clothes (no street clothes). You move barefoot, with socks or in slippers. Please bring a towel for the mat to this lesson.
