In our Pilates classes, you will experience controlled, flowing, and harmonious movements that are executed with strength and stability. Under professional guidance, you will learn to perform these movements with proper breathing techniques and gain a better understanding of your body. Our exercises will help you develop functionally strengthened muscle and tissue structures, an upright posture, and endurance in your daily life. As a gentle method, Pilates is suitable for reducing pain in everyday life.

Bring along


For Pilates Mat classes, it is ideal to wear comfortable and flexible clothing (not street clothes) and bring a towel for the mat. Movement is done barefoot or in socks.
