Pilates Lunch
Enjoy an active Pilates lesson over lunch in a 45 minute sequence.
In our Pilates classes you will experience controlled, flowing and harmonious movements, which are performed with strength and stability at the same time. You will perform the movement sequences with the correct breathing under professional guidance and get to know your body better.
Our exercises will help you to strengthen your muscle and tissue structures, to maintain an upright posture and endurance in everyday life. As a gentle method, Pilates is ideal for any pain reduction in everyday life.
Entry
It is possible to join at any time. It is recommended to start on a new semester.

The language of instruction is German.
Bring along
Please wear clothes that are easy to move (no street clothes). You move barefoot, with socks or in slippers. Please bring a towel for the mat to this lesson.
