Nia® Technique is a holistic fitness concept that consists of elements of dance, martial arts, and relaxation techniques. There are no limitations based on ability or age, but rather it is a power-packed and lively form of training that embodies pure joy of life. The goal is to implement a variety of movement forms with the support of music and rhythm.

For Nia® Technique classes, it is ideal to wear comfortable and flexible clothing (not street clothes). Movement is done barefoot or in socks.
