birth preparation / postnatal training course

In the birth preperation, exercises prepare you for the upcoming birth. The flow of breath is an essential part. We have time to clarify your questions personally and accompany you on your way.

Our exercises will help you to strengthen your body awareness and slow movements will support your well-being.

In thepostnatal training class, the focus is on the pelvic floor and the general gentle strengthening of the muscles.

If desired, birth preparation or postnatal training courses can take place in personal training.

The language of instruction is English.

Bring along

For the pregnancy yoga classes, comfortable clothes (no street clothes) are prescribed. You can move barefoot or with non-slip socks. The latter can be purchased in our shop. Please bring a towel for the mat.


Depending on the insurance, part or even all of the course costs are covered.
