Barre Workout
In the Barre Workout, you can expect a challenging full-body workout that combines elements from ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Our course is specially designed to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility.
You will be guided through various exercises for your abs, legs, and buttocks performed at the barre to train your leg, arm, core, and back muscles. Small equipments such as weights and resistance bands are also used to create additional intensity.
