The Barre Workout is a full body workout, which is based on movements of classical ballet and which takes place with music. Combined with gymnastic elements as well as Yoga and Pilates sequences, this class stimulates your blood circulation in a motivating atmosphere and trains your strength, flexibility and endurance. The abdominal-leg-po-areas will be trained and exercises will be performed in different settings, also in circuit trainings with bar, mats, weights and so on.
Fast and slow exercises alternate, and we focus specifically on functionally correct movements.
It is possible to join at any time. It is recommended to start at the beginning of a new semester.
Language of instruction
The language of instruction is German.
For the Barre Workout lessons you should wear comfortable clothes (no street clothes). You train barefoot, with socks or in slippers.
Depending on the insurance, part or even all of the course costs are covered.
