Aerial Yoga is suitable for every fitness level and offers an exciting challenge for anyone who enjoys practicing yoga or wants to try something new. The classes are led by experienced Aerial Yoga practitioners and instructors who teach you the necessary techniques and safety guidelines.

Aerial Yoga shifts the asanas into the air, which means that you transfer more or less of your body weight to the fabric. The Aerial Yoga hammock supports you during the exercises, allowing you to truly let go. At the same time, it challenges you, especially when it comes to balance.
In small groups with a maximum of six participants, we dedicate ourselves to this beautiful form of yoga. Personal training sessions are also available, and they are particularly ideal for relieving the intervertebral discs and providing individual support, especially for back problems.

The language of instruction is German and/or English.
To Bring Along
For Aerial Yoga classes, it is ideal to wear comfortable and flexible clothing (not street clothes) and bring a towel for the mat. Movement is done barefoot or in socks.
